Lynx Bowling is a family-run business with over four decades of experience in the bowling industry. Led by Nigel and Jack Butler, and supported by a small, highly capable team of technicians, we take a straightforward, hands-on approach to every project. From new installations and upgrades through to long-term servicing and support, we’re proud to offer direct communication, fast response times and a level of care you don’t always get with larger corporate suppliers.

Charlie is one of Lynx Bowling’s key technicians and a familiar face on most installs. Known as a proper on-site problem solver, Charlie brings a huge amount of knowledge to every job and plays a big role in making sure installations run smoothly from start to finish.

When he’s not keeping lanes and systems running perfectly, he’s usually into F1, cooking, or anything involving tools.

Luke is one of the newer faces on the Lynx Bowling installation team, and he’s already made a brilliant impression on site. He’s a great team player with the right attitude, bringing plenty of energy to every job and helping keep installs running smoothly. His favourite project so far was a machine change in Portugal and he’s also quickly become known for keeping the team laughing, especially when he’s winding Charlie up.

Outside of work he’s into football, golf, and spending time with his girlfriend Caitlin.

Steve is one of Lynx Bowling’s skilled installers and a key part of keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish. He’s been with the team since October 2019 and brings a hands-on, practical approach to every job, enjoying being on the tools just as much as seeing the finished result come together. A lifelong friend of Jack, Steve’s a great example of the strong relationships at the heart of Lynx Bowling.

When he’s not on site, he’s usually into poker, darts, motocross, go karting, or spending time with his family.

Aaron is one of the newest members of the Lynx Bowling installation team, joining in November 2025, and he’s already settling in brilliantly on site. His favourite install so far is Edinburgh, which was his first full installation and one that really stood out thanks to the colours and lighting. Aaron has quickly become a great fit within the team, bringing a positive attitude and enjoying the hands-on nature of the work.

Outside of installs, he’s into golf and is looking forward to being part of the Lynx Bowling journey.
